The loop, in one paragraph
Pick a class, enter Elwynn Forest, and move. Your spells fire themselves — you never press an attack key. Enemies drop experience, you level up, you pick one of three cards, and the swarm keeps growing. A run is won by positioning, card choices, and respecting the boss clock, not by fast clicking.

The world pauses while a level-up card offer is on screen, so read the cards. Standing in the menu while enemies close in is still standing still — pick something acceptable fast if you are trapped.
First five minutes
Keep moving and keep a path open. Let your opening spell work while you drag enemies into a shape your kit can hit: Paladin wants bodies in Consecration, Hunter wants a line for Auto Shot, Warrior wants a side of the blob for Cleave, Mage wants space so Fireball is not traded for face damage. Take the first cards that make the screen less busy — wide damage, faster casts, a bit of health. Save greed for later minutes, when your clear is already online.
Fill your six spell slots before you chase high ranks on one spell. New spells add coverage early; once slots are full, high-rarity upgrades for your best area spell beat another weak spell. Gold buys battleground caches with rings and trinkets between runs.
Boss clock in Elwynn Forest
Treat the timer as the real boss list. Corroborated by two independent guides (v0.106.0, 2026-10-21, and v0.119.0, 2026-10-27); intermediate times in v0.120.4 are still awaiting a re-check, final boss and time are confirmed at v0.120.x too.

Before each boss, glance at your kit. If packs are still winning, take defense or coverage on the next level. If packs melt and the boss feels spongy, lean damage.
How to die less
- Do not corner yourself against the edge of the world. Leave an exit.
- When two packs meet, drag them into one pile your spells already cover instead of kiting through both.
- Spend F early enough that you still have room to walk after it.
- Do not jump into a fresh pack to grab one experience orb — that is how short runs end.
After the first clear
Once VanCleef is down, the next zone unlocks for that class. Play it like Elwynn again: learn the pack shapes, watch the clock, keep moving. Later zones get nastier, and run length grows — zones 1–4 end at 16:00, zones 5–8 at 18:00, zones 9–12 at 20:00. Your first-run habits — orbit, cover the screen, respect the timer — still apply. After a win you can keep fighting in endless mode.

Do abilities need an attack key?
No. Abilities cast themselves. You only move, pick cards, and use the movement spell.
Does the game pause when I level up?
Yes. The world stops while the card offer is on screen.
When should I reroll?
When none of the three cards helps the next few minutes. Do not burn rerolls while you are already trapped.

Can I play on my phone?
The page loads in a mobile browser that supports WebGPU, but the game is built around keyboard movement, so a desktop or laptop is much smoother.
